Sundown is a cosy, well-balanced candle that fills rooms with its comforting scent blend of wood, saffron, vanilla and clove notes.

2. Product information

220g candle, made with rapeseed and coconut wax. Free from paraffin, palm, beeswax and synthetic additives.
Made with premium 100% vegan, phthalate free, paraben free fragrance oil.
Wick: Unbleached cotton, interwoven with linen thread
Burn time: 40 hours
Hand crafted and poured in micro batches
Allergens: contains (Z)-3,4,5,6,6-Pentamethylhept-3-en-2-one, Coumarin

3. CANDLE CARE

Trim the wick to 5mm (1/4 inch) before each use
To prevent ‘tunnelling’, when burning your candle for the first time, allow the wax to melt completely to the edges of the jar
Never let your candle burn for more than four hours and extinguish when there is only 10mm wax left at the bottom
Never leave a burning candle unattended

The inspiration

Sundown takes its inspiration from later afternoons and evenings spent by summer lakes, wrapped up in blankets after the last swim of the day. Days of warmth and comfort, with warm hues displayed across the sky.

The result

Sundown is our best selling candle. A real treat to help wind down, relax, get snug and comfortable with its gorgeous and alluring blend of woods and gentle spice.

A great candle for any time of the year. Perfect winter warmer but equally delightful in the warmer months.

My everyday candle

I always come back to Sundown. My husband and I work from home and find Sundown is a perfect scent that appeals to both of our likings. It's subtle enough to not overwhelm the space, while still giving the house a noticeable feeling of warmth. I've also found in the past that I can be sensitive to ingredients used by a lot of other candle brands and I've never once experienced this with any Solei products.
